This website is operated by Tamara Zavišić PR ETIK.AI, PIB 114674286, MB 67765907, with its registered seat at Stražilovska 11, Republic of Serbia (hereinafter: ETIK.AI), in the capacity of data controller.

ETIK.AI is responsible for the content published on this website.

ETIK.AI respects users' privacy. Therefore, we process only the personal data necessary for clearly defined purposes, including the operation of this website.

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. We are transparent about the reasons and methods of processing your data.

What types of personal data do we process, for what purposes, and on what legal basis?

In the operation of this website, ETIK.AI collects the following data:

a) Directly from users:

​

Contact form: name, surname, email address, subject, and message content.
Purpose of processing: responding to your inquiry or providing information.
Legal basis: taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 12, para. 1, item 2 of the Serbian Data Protection Act).

Newsletter: email address.
Purpose of processing: sending informational and promotional messages.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Serbian Data Protection Act), which you may withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link.

Blog comments: name or pseudonym, email address (not public), comment content, IP address.
Purpose of processing: publishing comments, content moderation, abuse prevention.
Legal basis: ETIK.AI’s legitimate interest. A detailed legitimate interest assessment is available upon request.

b) Indirectly (via cookies and server logs):

Cookies: we only use necessary, functional, and performance cookies. For more details, see our separate Cookie Policy.

Server logs: IP address, access time, browser type, URL of the visited page.
Purpose of processing: maintaining system security and preventing misuse.
Legal basis: ETIK.AI’s legitimate interest. A detailed legitimate interest assessment is available upon request.

We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 38 of the Serbian Data Protection Act.

Who do we share your personal data with?

​

ETIK.AI may share your personal data solely with:

  • The processor Wix.com Ltd. (Israel, EU, USA) for the purpose of technical operation and maintenance of the website.

  • Authorities, if required by law, to protect ETIK.AI's rights or public safety.

We do not share your data with marketing companies and do not sell it to third parties.

Transfer of personal data outside the Republic of Serbia

​

Your data may be transferred to Israel (a country with an adequate level of protection), as well as to the EU or USA, where Wix maintains its cloud infrastructure. Wix applies Standard Contractual Clauses and technical measures (encryption in transit/at rest, pseudonymization) in line with EDPB recommendations, minimizing the risk of unauthorized access.

How long do we retain your personal data?

​

Your data is retained only for as long as necessary for the specified purposes:

  • Contact inquiries: 12 months from the last communication.

  • Newsletter list: until you unsubscribe.

  • Server logs: 30 days, unless a security incident occurs.

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.

Processing data of individuals under the age of 15

​

The processing described in this document applies only to individuals over the age of 15. Website use is not permitted for those younger than this age without parental/guardian consent. If such data is collected inadvertently, we will cease processing it immediately upon discovery.

Security of personal data processing

​

ETIK.AI continuously evaluates and improves its technical and organizational data protection measures. We use HTTPS (TLS 1.3), encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular backups, two-factor authentication for administrators, a strong password policy, and restricted access.

We maintain an internal record of processing activities in accordance with Article 47 of the Serbian Data Protection Act.

Your rights regarding the processing of personal data

​

In accordance with the Serbian Data Protection Act, you have the right at any time to:

  • Request confirmation of whether we process your data and access to that data;

  • Request correction of inaccurate or completion of incomplete information;

  • Request deletion of data that is no longer necessary or is processed unlawfully;

  • Restrict processing in certain cases (e.g., while an objection is being resolved);

  • Receive your data in a structured, portable format or have it transferred to another controller;

  • Object to processing based on our legitimate interest;

  • Withdraw your consent at any time, if that was the legal basis for processing.

You may submit your requests to: tamara@etikai.net, with the subject line “Data Protection”.

We respond to all requests within 30 days. If a request is particularly complex or if multiple requests are received within a short period, this period may be extended by up to an additional 60 days, in which case you will be notified in a timely manner.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you clearly and in a timely manner before the new rules take effect, as well as publish the updated version on this page.
